Május 27. és június 1. között 23 ország közel 170 alkotása lesz látható a 17. Kecskeméti Animációs Filmfesztiválon.
8 film jutott be az egész estés animációk versenyébe, melyek között a világ legrangosabb filmfesztiváljain, az Oscaron, a Golden Globe-on, Annecy-ban, Locarnóban és Zágrábban is díjat nyert alkotások is találhatóak. 6 európai TV-speciál, 11 európai és 6 magyar TV-sorozat, 15 magyar rövidfilm, 30 magyar alkalmazott animáció és 18 magyar diákfilm versenyez Magyarország legnagyobb animációs seregszemléjén.
A versenyprogramok mellett tematikus panorámavetítések, retrospektív válogatások, filmszakmai konzultációk és mesterkurzusok, valamint workshopok, kiállítások színesítik majd az összművészeti fesztivál kínálatát, melyen a részvétel ingyenes.

Between 27 May and 1 June, nearly 170 films from 23 countries will be screened at the 17th Kecskemét Animation Film Festival.
Eight films have been shortlisted for the animated feature film competition, including works that have won awards at the world’s most prestigious film festivals, such as the Academy Awards, the Golden Globes, in Annecy, Locarno or in Zagreb. Between 27th May and 1st June, 6 European TV specials, 11 European and 6 Hungarian TV series, 15 Hungarian short films, 30 Hungarian applied animations and 18 Hungarian student films will compete at Hungary’s biggest animated film competition.
In addition to the competition section, the festival offers thematic panorama screenings, retrospective selections, film industry-based consultations and masterclasses, as well as workshops and exhibitions, all free of charge.
